Job description:

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full availability required)

Who We Are

We are a caregiving team that celebrates reliability, kindness, and open communication. Our mission is to deliver respectful, high-quality in-home support to older adults and hospice clients throughout Davis and Weber Counties, including North Ogden, Kaysville, and Bountiful.

Compensation: The "Safety Net" Pay Structure

We value your time and your commitment to being available. Unlike other agencies, we offer guaranteed pay:

• Guaranteed Base: $16/hour from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, whether you are dispatched to a client or not.
• Active Service Rate: $17/hour when you are dispatched and providing care.
• Perks: Mileage reimbursement and all necessary safety supplies provided.

Caregiver Job Duties

As our On-Call specialist, you are the "hero of the day," stepping in to provide:

• Personal Care: Hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Specialized Care: Support for Dementia and Hospice patients with empathy and dignity.
• Mobility Support: Safe transfers, short walks, and rides to appointments or outings.
• Household Help: Planning/preparing balanced meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Companionship: Meaningful conversation and consistent observation of client safety.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional or family caregiving experience. CNA experience is a plus (certification NOT required).
• Reliability: You must be 18+ years old and strictly available Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM.
• Requirements:
• • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic First-Aid / CPR knowledge.
  • Patience, strong ethics, and excellent time-management skills.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and complete TB testing within 14 days of hire.
