Job Description

OnPoint Medical Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team! This position will be onsite at the corporate office in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Position Summary

OnPoint Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group serving the Denver Metro communities across divisions including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Pain Management, and OB/GYN. The Marketing Coordinator is an exempt, professional role responsible for planning and advancing marketing and communications initiatives, managing the organization's social media presence, directing outside vendors, and maintaining a consistent brand across all practice sites and channels.

This role independently evaluates marketing needs, establishes priorities, recommends solutions, and leads projects that support patient growth, community engagement, recruitment, and the OnPoint brand. The Marketing Coordinator applies sound judgment within established organizational goals and approved budgets while remaining hands-on in the development of effective marketing and communications materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design & Print Collateral

  • Independently assess organization-wide collateral needs and determine appropriate concepts, formats, and production approaches for business cards, stationery, brochures, signage, patient education materials, and other branded communications.
  • Develop and produce print and digital materials that are accurate, on-brand, compliant, and aligned with approved marketing objectives and target audiences.
  • Set quality standards for marketing deliverables; review proofs and final materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and appropriate use before distribution.
  • Maintain and continually improve a library of templates, source files, and approved assets that enables consistent marketing execution across departments.
  • Social Media & Digital Communications

  • Own the strategic content calendar and day-to-day management of OnPoint's social media channels; independently prioritize content, timing, and channel approach within established brand and compliance standards.
  • Create and adapt compelling content that advances service-line, provider, recruitment, community-engagement, and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor channels; exercise judgment in responding to or routing comments and messages, and promptly escalate patient concerns or compliance-sensitive matters to the appropriate team.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, growth, and campaign performance; identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Website & Vendor Management

  • Lead relationships with website, design, print, and other marketing vendors; establish priorities, communicate requirements, and hold partners accountable for quality, timing, and brand alignment.
  • Determine and prioritize website and digital-content updates, including provider bios, service-line pages, locations, hours, and announcements; review content for accuracy, consistency, and audience relevance.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate scope and timelines, and recommend vendor selection and spending priorities within approved budgets; assess deliverables and resolve quality or performance issues.
  • Brand Management

  • Serve as a key steward of OnPoint brand standards, interpreting and applying approved logo, color, typography, and voice requirements across materials, channels, and sites.
  • Review materials produced by departments and vendors for brand alignment; provide authoritative guidance, approved assets, and recommended revisions to ensure consistency.
  • Develop, update, and operationalize brand guidelines; recommend improvements that maintain a cohesive brand as the organization and its locations grow.
  • Supplies & Promotional Items (Swag)

  • Determine promotional-item needs for events, recruitment, and patient engagement; select appropriate items and coordinate purchasing within approved budgets.
  • Establish practical inventory and replenishment processes for marketing supplies, signage, and printed materials across locations.
  • Manage promotional-product vendor relationships and monitor orders, costs, and budget performance; recommend adjustments as needs change.
  • General & Cross-Functional

  • Lead marketing workstreams for community events, open houses, health fairs, and provider-recruitment initiatives, including recommendations for messaging, materials, and on-site activation.
  • Partner with HR, practice managers, providers, and leadership to translate business needs into effective internal communications and recruitment-marketing initiatives.
  • Apply independent judgment to help ensure marketing and patient-facing content follows applicable healthcare requirements, including HIPAA and patient-consent standards for testimonials, photos, and imagery; escalate issues outside established guidance.
  • Perform other related duties consistent with the scope and level of this exempt professional position and organizational goals.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. The Marketing Coordinator independently leads cross-functional marketing projects, directs the work of external vendors and contractors within approved scope and budget, and provides organization-wide brand guidance to staff and leaders.

  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, a medical practice, or another regulated industry; experience managing vendor relationships and marketing budgets; and experience developing multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator — and/or Canva) for print and digital materials.
  • Hands-on experience managing business social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and visual-design sense with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, evaluate competing priorities, and make sound recommendations that advance organizational goals.
  • Ability to evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate within approved parameters, manage marketing budgets, and recommend spending priorities based on business needs and expected impact.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic web updates.
  • Demonstrated discretion and independent judgment in handling sensitive information, marketing-compliance considerations, and matters that affect the organization's brand and external communications; understanding of HIPAA preferred.
  • Professional, collaborative approach with the ability to work across providers, staff, and leadership.
  • Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in an office and clinical-administrative setting.
