Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern United States since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead our Foreman and field crews, delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing installations across multiple job sites.
What You Will Do
- Oversee field crews and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality installation
- Coach and develop Foremen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement
- Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience leading Foreman and crews on commercial roofing projects
- OSHA-30 hour certification
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire
Nice to Have
5+ years of commercial roofing supervision experience
Specialized training (crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)
Bilingual fluency
