Electrical Panel Assembler in Hobart, Wisconsin at EMT International

EMT International is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our Panel Shop team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels used in printing and finishing equipment. • Assemble and wire industrial electrical control panels from schematics and engineering drawings
• Mount electrical components including relays, PLCs, drives, breakers, terminals, sensors, and power supplies
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, labeling, and wire termination
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials
• Inspect and test completed panels to ensure quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues as needed
• Maintain accurate assembly documentation and follow work instructions
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Technical degree or electrical training preferred
• 1–2 years of electrical panel assembly experience preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
