This role offers an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing professional to lead high-impact paid media campaigns in a fast-growing digital marketing environment. You will take full ownership of client accounts, combining strategic planning, campaign optimization, and client communication to drive measurable business outcomes. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented culture and enjoys balancing analytical thinking with creative execution. Working closely with clients and internal creative teams, you will help develop lead generation strategies that support business growth and client retention. This role provides strong autonomy, direct influence on campaign performance, and exposure to advanced marketing systems and automation tools. If you are passionate about digital advertising, growth strategy, and client success, this opportunity offers an excellent platform for professional development and long-term impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic communication and campaign performance discussions.
  • Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to review results, discuss optimization strategies, and align on growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of scheduled client calls.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve cost-per-appointment and conversion targets.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop recovery strategies to improve results.
  • Write compelling ad copy, messaging angles, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to produce effective advertising assets.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance campaign execution and accelerate copywriting workflows.
  • Configure tracking systems, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing processes.
  • Resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms, tracking infrastructure, and client systems.
  • Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referral opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or performance marketing setting.
  • Demonstrated success achieving campaign performance goals and maintaining strong client retention rates.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with experience creating ad copy and conversion-focused scripts.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, attribution systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns, particularly within high-ticket or considered purchase funnels.
  • Experience working within financial services, wealth management, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter marketing strategies and direct-response advertising methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership-focused mindset and strong accountability for results.
  • Comfortable managing direct client relationships and balancing both strategy and execution responsibilities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling options.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to results and client success.
  • Ongoing training and professional development support.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, performance-focused marketing environment.
  • Exposure to advanced advertising systems, automation tools, and AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture with strong career growth potential.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over client strategy and campaign execution.
