Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (Sustainment) to join our intel team. Join a team of developers and system engineers and play a crucial role in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise
• In this role you can develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment helping to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur
• The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets. This provides an opportunity to constantly learn and grow as a developer, while also making a meaningful impact on the organization’s operations

Candidates are desired to have the following qualifications: 

• Experience working with the AWS Platform
• Experience with GitLab
• Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with LLM
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance)

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
