THE POSITION

Join our dedicated team as a Utilization Management Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in performing a wide variety of administrative duties to support daily workflow and process improvement. Fundamentals of the role include but are not limited to: data entry and organization, report generation, phone/fax correspondence management, payer correspondence management, and submission and follow up on SNF authorization. Performs other duties as required and deemed competent. Demonstrates professionalism, consistency, strong communication skills, and patient-centered focus. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider status according to American Heart Association.
