- Serve as the primary customer-facing technical leader, guiding enterprise customers through evaluation, adoption, and production implementation processes.
- Advise prospects and customers on the technical strengths, trade-offs, and architectural considerations of distributed workflow orchestration platforms and cloud services.
- Help organizations assess use case suitability and design scalable application architectures aligned with operational and business goals.
- Build trusted relationships with technical decision-makers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive adoption and long-term customer success.
- Position platform capabilities effectively against competing technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Create prototypes, architectural guidance, and implementation strategies using supported programming languages and cloud-native technologies.
- Advise customers on production operations, including reliability, security, scalability, performance optimization, cost management, and operational best practices.
- Support the growth of production deployments by enabling engineering teams to expand adoption across applications and business units.
- Contribute technical insights internally to support go-to-market initiatives, customer strategy, and product feedback loops.
- Strong experience in solutions architecture, distributed systems engineering, cloud-native applications, or related technical leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, whiteboarding, and technical storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, application architecture patterns, reliability engineering, and production operations.
- Hands-on development experience using at least one modern programming language such as Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, or PHP.
- Experience building prototypes and providing technical implementation guidance across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong familiarity with major cloud providers and common services used for modern application deployment and infrastructure management.
- Ability to advise customers on security, scalability, performance, cost optimization, and operational best practices.
- Proven success partnering with sales organizations to support account strategy, technical discovery, and customer solution alignment.
- Comfortable working in highly collaborative, globally distributed, and fast-paced technical environments.
- Interest in learning new technologies quickly and supporting customer engineering teams through technical coaching and strategic guidance.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% as needed.
- Competitive total compensation package ranging from $360,000 to $400,000, including base salary and variable compensation structure.
