  • Build deep, multi-level relationships within strategic partner organizations to position the company as a preferred distribution partner.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally by collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to align initiatives and drive outcomes.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and operational challenges, escalating insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives including campaigns, promotions, training programs, and advisor engagement efforts.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and partner events to strengthen visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to resolve complex partner issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, track progress against strategic objectives, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects including product rollouts, workflow improvements, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure consistent execution across retirement plan operations and client retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement or financial services markets.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts with revenue or sales quota responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, investments, and qualified plan structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and independent judgment in decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive compensation ($127,000–$165,000/year range).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching (401k).
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave benefits.
  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, national-scale financial services environment.
  • Exposure to major industry partners and strategic enterprise relationships.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and professional development.
