  • Collaborate with leadership teams on operational improvements, strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and organizational growth efforts.
  • Stay informed on changing tax laws, compliance standards, and industry trends to deliver relevant and forward-thinking client solutions.
Requirements
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive public accounting tax experience with strong exposure to complex tax engagements and advisory services.
  • Proven experience managing and reviewing partnership, S-corporation, individual, and multi-entity tax returns.
  • Strong expertise in pass-through entity taxation and strategic tax planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and provide consultative, advisory-focused tax guidance.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams within collaborative and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote and high-autonomy environment.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities with a commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute strategically within a growing organization.
  • Experience with CCH Axcess or similar tax software platforms is strongly preferred.
Benefits
