This role is focused on driving critical cross-border business transformation initiatives related to the creation of local market entities and workforce transitions across multiple countries. You will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring that complex deployment programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with financial and operational objectives. Acting as a key coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders, you will oversee planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, requiring strong adaptability and structured execution. You will play a central role in enabling smooth market entry and organizational change initiatives. This is a high-impact position where precision, communication, and delivery excellence are essential.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of local market transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders, countries, and operational functions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and delivery approach in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate tracking of progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, operations, compliance, corporate entity management, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, providing clear updates on milestones, risks, and outcomes across multiple channels.
- Support adoption and change management efforts to ensure smooth transition of workforce and business processes into new market entities.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, global environments.
- Proven experience in project or program management, ideally delivering complex, cross-functional or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret financial and operational data.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel (advanced functions), and project dashboards is highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
