This senior sales leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise growth across the U.S. media and entertainment technology landscape, spanning broadcasters, studios, post-production houses, and streaming providers. You will lead a high-performing team of territory and channel sellers, owning both direct enterprise accounts and indirect reseller/distributor motions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring deep engagement with top-tier customers and partners on complex, high-value deals. You will define territory strategy, shape go-to-market execution, and ensure consistent pipeline creation and revenue attainment across a multi-million-dollar portfolio. Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams, you will help shape how leading content creators modernize their workflows using cloud and video technology. This is a high-impact leadership position where commercial rigor, technical understanding, and executive presence are essential.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead U.S. sales strategy and execution across direct and indirect channels, ensuring strong revenue growth, disciplined forecasting, and high-performing team development.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of territory account managers and channel sellers, driving consistent quota attainment across direct and indirect business
  • Define and execute U.S. territory strategy, including account segmentation, channel partner structure, and joint go-to-market planning with resellers and distributors
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent, ensuring strong pipeline discipline and structured sales execution rhythms
  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation, and deal qualification standards across Salesforce-driven sales processes
  • Personally engage in strategic, high-value opportunities, leading executive-level discussions and complex commercial negotiations
  • Manage and optimize channel relationships, including enablement, joint planning, deal registration, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success to drive solution success and customer outcomes
  • Represent the organization at major industry events and customer engagements, strengthening market presence and executive relationships
Requirements

This role requires extensive enterprise sales leadership experience within technology environments, ideally with exposure to media, entertainment, or cloud-based workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying teams
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets
  • Strong experience selling into media and entertainment organizations such as broadcasters, studios, or streaming providers
  • Demonstrated success managing both direct enterprise and channel/reseller sales motions
  • Deep understanding of media workflows, cloud technologies, and SaaS-based business models
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead complex negotiations
  • Expertise in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution tracking
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational leadership capability
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% for customer, partner, and industry engagements
