We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Sales Specialist to serve as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. This role is responsible for educating clients on our vehicles, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through every stage of the sales journey while upholding the premium standards of our luxury brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Brand Representation- Serve as a brand ambassador by welcoming customers to the showroom and creating a professional, inviting atmosphere.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized engagement, product education, and hospitality services.
- Conduct guided showroom and vehicle tours, highlighting vehicle features, merchandise, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the ownership journey.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, options, and competitive comparisons.
- Attend required training sessions, sales meetings, and maintain factory certification.
- Stay current on product updates, recalls, communications, and brand initiatives.
- Support the achievement of individual and dealership sales objectives, deliveries, and performance targets.
- Utilize CRM systems and communication tools to manage customer interactions, appointments, follow-up activities, and test drives.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer records within the CRM platform.
- Gather customer information and coordinate seamless introductions to appropriate sales personnel when required.
- Educate customers on vehicle features and safety procedures during test drives.
- Assist with presenting customer purchase offers and compiling transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare vehicles, accessories, keys, and documentation for appointments and deliveries.
- Deliver memorable vehicle handover experiences by reviewing vehicle features, setting up technology preferences, synchronizing mobile devices, and personalizing the delivery process.
- Promote the dealership, vehicles, and events through approved social media channels.
- Attend and support on-site and off-site dealership and brand events.
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, Pre-Owned, and Marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in showroom opening and closing procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a luxury/high-line automotive environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning and supporting advanced vehicle technologies and connected features.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as CDK, Tekion, Salesforce or similar systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Previous luxury automotive sales experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Pay: $17.75 / hr + commission
M-F 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm
