| Job Summary | The Social Worker Senior/UKHC provides social services to patients and families in cases where specific problems related to environmental and/or psychological aspects influence the effective outpatient. Provides psychosocial assessments for all consulted/referred patients and in situations of abuse and neglect of all age groups; provides follow-up as needed. The Social Worker Senior/UKHC will be shared between Ambulatory Orthopedics and Kentucky Neuroscience Institute. |
