What You’ll Do

1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and hot-side restaurant equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
2. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance, efficiency, and reliability.
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine effective repair solutions.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
5. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and applicable industry regulations.
6. Provide professional customer service while maintaining accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
2. EPA Certification required.
3. Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
4. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
5. Experience with plumbing, electrical, or commercial construction is a plus.
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
