The Role
IRCA Group is seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting the efficient production, packing, and handling of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, hygiene, and productivity.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to producing products that meet customer and business expectations.

Working a 3 shift rotation of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production and packing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all products are manufactured and packed to specification and quality standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times.
- Carry out product quality checks and promptly report any issues.
- Support the achievement of daily production targets and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate completion of production records and documentation.
- Assist with changeovers, line set-up, and cleaning activities as required.
- Report equipment faults or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production environment is desirable but not essential.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience of operating production equipment would be advantageous.
