Account Clerk in Garden City, New York at Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.

The Account Clerk is responsible for supporting daily accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accurate financial records and excellent service to customers and vendors. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple software applications.

• Process and prepare customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial and account records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries.
• Enter and manage data across multiple software applications and accounting systems.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using multiple software applications and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
