Implementation of customer required on-site field services with guidance related to CCC activated carbon product, equipment, and service offerings. Part of CCC’s customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation. This is an intermediate level Field Technician position Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)Performing carbon exchanges at customer sitesPerform minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipmentRecord keeping - Accurately complete project reports, expense reports and time sheetsQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredDOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Candidate must successfully obtain during the pre-employment physical) is requiredDriver's License (Class A preferrable) is requiredOSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (Candidate must be successfully completed within 3-months of hire date) is requiredTWIC - Transportation Work Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3-months of hire date) is required0-2 years experience in a mechanical or hands-on industry is requiredAutomotive engine maintenance and repair is preferredIndustrial Vacuum Operation is preferredWork at Industrial Facility is preferred
