About the Role:
As a Crew Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing future and day-of scheduling for Airport Services and Ground Crewmembers across all stations. Youll coordinate staffing needs, approve time-off requests, manage time and attendance accuracy, and ensure schedules meet operational, regulatory, and company requirements. This role partners closely with station leadership, commercial planning, and talent acquisition to determine appropriate staffing levels and ensure stations remain fully supported for operational success.
A Day in the Life:
As a Crew Scheduler, youll be:
- Assigning operational Crewmembers for Airport Services, Operations Services, and all hourly above- and below-wing roles.
- Processing schedule change requests, callouts, operational reassignments, TDYs, and time-off requests while maintaining accurate documentation in HRIS and workforce management systems.
- Ensuring all Crewmember assignments comply with company policies and local/state/federal regulations.
- Coordinating TDY travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and communicating itineraries to Crewmembers and station leaders.
- Producing and distributing daily shift rosters, staffing reports, and overtime summaries.
- Partnering with Station Leadership and Mission Control to quickly resolve schedule-related issues and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Supporting irregular operations by identifying additional staffing needs and facilitating supplemental scheduling.
- Managing the uniform program for all uniformed Crewmembers, including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and overseeing file feed updates.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for uniform-related questions or concerns.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior scheduling or workforce planning experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting.
- Ability to occasionally lift 520 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.
Preferred Experience:
- Associates degree.
- 1 year of prior crew scheduling and/or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of airline or aviation terminology, or previous aviation experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Experience with NavBlue products (N-OC, PBS, NPO).
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and related policies.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Ability to produce and manage spreadsheets and schedule data with high accuracy.

Compensation Range:
