We are looking for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our Niagara Falls team. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients in their homes and in our office, helping them manage their respiratory health and ensuring they have the equipment, education, and support they need.

• Set patients up on CPAP, BiPAP, and NHV therapy in the office and in their homes.
• Conduct ventilation checks and oxygen titration/evaluations for patients using conserving devices and portable oxygen concentrators (POCs).
• Provide thorough instruction on respiratory equipment and education on respiratory disease states.
• Set up neonatal through adult patients on ventilators and perform monthly service checks while coordinating with local hospitals and referral sources.
• Schedule patient equipment setups, follow-ups, mask refits, and other appointments.
• Maintain detailed call logs documenting phone communications, call attempts, and scheduled appointments.
• Enter patient information into CPAP compliance tracking programs.
• Follow up with patients regarding their progress and work to improve compliance with therapy.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program required.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in the corresponding state required.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• One year of DME industry experience preferred.

• $34.00 - $38.00 per hour, dependent on experience and geographical area.

• Traditional Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Compressed Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
