We are a company that specializes in providing financial services for migrants and we are looking for our next bilingual telephone executives for customer service.
Responsabilities- Type in data provided directly from customers. Data entry.
- Take Inbound and outbound calls in English.
- Handling calls to provide information and resolve any questions, requests, or problems the client might have. NOTE: No sales.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.
- $4,700 to $ 5,000 Mexican pesos GROSS weekly
- Fully paid training.
- Transportation bonus.

- Intermediate to Advanced English
- EXCELLENT customer service skills.
- Flexible Schedule.
- High School Diploma.
- Customer service experience not required, but desirable.
- Basic computer skills/Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).
- Complete documentation: Resume, address, INE, RFC (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), CURP, NSS, 2 Letters of recommendation (personals and from previous jobs).
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
