You will contribute to designing and optimizing AI-driven architectures that support large-scale deployments used by thousands of organizations worldwide. The position sits at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI, combining backend development, machine learning integration, and system design. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI systems powering conversational interfaces and intelligent agent experiences.
• Build and optimize AI pipelines for real-time and asynchronous data processing and interaction workflows.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested backend code, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Integrate AI/ML models into microservices and API-based architectures within distributed systems.
• Optimize model performance, inference workflows, and system scalability for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, data scientists, and product engineers to deploy AI solutions at scale.
• Stay updated with advancements in conversational AI, LLMs, NLP, and emerging agentic AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field, with relevant industry experience (3+ years for Bachelor’s or 1–2+ years for advanced degrees).
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs and familiarity with inference frameworks such as vLLM.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, APIs, and microservice architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Exposure to real-time AI applications (chatbots, copilots, voice assistants) or open-source AI contributions is a plus.
