• Conduct client consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Administer Botox and dermal filler treatments with skill, precision, and care
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive retention and referrals
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support location growth

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal filler treatments
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best

• Consultative, education-first approach to client care
• Experience building and maintaining a loyal client base
• Comfort working within a small, fast-moving team
• Established ties to Colorado Springs or the greater El Paso County area

• Base Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly Bonus
• Total earning potential up to approximately $90 per hour for strong performers

Full-Time • 36-40 hours per week

Mix of 8 and 10-hour weekday shifts

Every other Saturday • 8:30 AM-2:00 PM
