About the Role
We are seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to support the maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and fleet readiness of advanced vehicle platforms. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, working with vehicle systems, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and fleet reworks while helping maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct vehicle inspections and fleet rework activities
- Support vehicle testing and readiness operations
- Document service work, repairs, and findings accurately
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
- Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Automotive technician experience involving diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership or OEM experience
- Automotive electrical diagnostic experience
- Experience with CAN systems, wiring diagrams, or soldering
- Automotive R&D or engineering lab experience
- Technical trade school certification or automotive degree
- High-voltage battery experience or certification
