Contract Project Manager - Sales Content Audit

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Project Manager - Sales Content Audit based in United States.

This role is a high-impact, time-bound opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and governance to a large-scale Sales Hub content ecosystem. You will lead the end-to-end audit of a large inventory of sales assets, ensuring every piece of content is accurately classified, validated, and aligned with business needs. Acting as the central coordination point across Product, Analytics, and Content stakeholders, you will drive alignment on content status, ownership, and usability. The work directly improves discoverability, sales efficiency, and content reliability across teams. You will operate in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment where precision and stakeholder management are essential. This is a highly visible initiative with clear deliverables, tight timelines, and measurable impact on content operations maturity.

Accountabilities:

You will lead a structured audit and transformation of a large-scale sales content library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across all assets. This includes coordinating stakeholders, enforcing taxonomy standards, and delivering a clean, validated inventory of sales-ready materials.

  • Inventory, review, and classify ~1,700 Sales Hub assets into clear statuses (current, update required, outdated/retire, duplicate).
  • Partner with Product Managers, Analysts, and content owners to validate asset accuracy and secure final disposition decisions.
  • Apply consistent metadata and tagging standards (product, persona, funnel stage, ownership, validation date, status).
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for approved, sales-ready content with documented rationale for decisions.
  • Identify duplicates, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or content improvement.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, tracking progress, and delivering against a 6–8 week timeline.
  • Provide weekly updates, manage risks, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination through to final handoff.
Requirements:

This role requires a highly structured project manager with strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience handling large content or data-heavy environments. You should be comfortable driving decisions across multiple teams and maintaining accuracy at scale.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, content operations, enablement, or similar coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to manage large inventories or complex datasets with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Analytics, and Enablement teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, including document management, metadata, and version control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Ability to design, structure, and execute end-to-end operational processes independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines and defined scope.
Benefits:
  • Competitive daily compensation of $1,000 USD
  • Fully remote work arrangement within eligible U.S. states
  • Short-term contract with defined scope and clear deliverables
  • Opportunity to work on a high-visibility, enterprise-scale content transformation initiative
  • Collaboration with experienced Product, Research, and Enablement professionals
  • Exposure to industry-leading technology intelligence and research environment
  • Structured and well-defined project with measurable impact.
