This leadership role sits at the core of shaping large-scale digital experiences that serve both customers and employers across enterprise web platforms.
You will define and drive product strategy for critical digital journeys, ensuring seamless, data-informed, and user-centered experiences.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on product execution, requiring strong alignment across UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.
You will guide product discovery and delivery practices while ensuring teams are focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
A key part of the role involves leading and mentoring product managers, elevating product practices across the organization.
You will influence executive-level decisions through data storytelling, insights, and clear prioritization of initiatives.
This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about scaling digital platforms in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead product strategy for enterprise digital experiences, focusing on optimizing web-based customer and employer journeys.
  • Oversee product discovery processes to ensure user insights, data, and experimentation inform product decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with engineering and UX teams within an Agile environment.
  • Monitor product performance and outcomes using data-driven insights to guide prioritization, trade-offs, and investment decisions.
  • Act as a key stakeholder liaison, aligning business, technology, and design teams around shared product goals and roadmaps.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers while strengthening modern product management practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement in digital experiences through iterative optimization and user-centric design principles.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business, or technology roles, with strong exposure to digital platforms.
  • 7+ years of experience in fast-paced, cross-functional product environments.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing and developing product teams.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy across complex, enterprise-level digital ecosystems.
  • Strong experience collaborating with UX/UI design and engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent data literacy with the ability to use insights and analytics to drive product decisions and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, delivery, and outcome-driven product management practices.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Bonus: experience in digital journey optimization, experimentation, mobile app development, or conversational AI solutions.
