Principal Service Assurance Specialist

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between technical, product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to communicate the value of advanced service assurance solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing messaging, presentations, thought leadership content, and enablement materials that articulate complex technologies in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Act as a technology evangelist, promoting innovative network operations, AI-enabled service assurance, automation platforms, and operational intelligence capabilities.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, demonstrating how advanced service assurance solutions improve performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Create best practices, frameworks, and educational resources that support internal teams and customer adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence solution positioning, roadmap alignment, and market readiness.
  • Evaluate opportunities to commercialize emerging service assurance capabilities and develop strategies that transform internal innovations into revenue-generating offerings.
  • Support executive-level discussions, customer engagements, industry events, and strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, AI innovations, and market opportunities to strengthen strategic positioning and thought leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of service assurance initiatives and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in network operations, service assurance, telecommunications, enterprise networking, or related technical environments.
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure, service delivery, operational performance management, and service assurance methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, machine learning, intelligent operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused messaging for diverse audiences, including executives, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience developing customer-facing content, technical presentations, training programs, thought leadership materials, or go-to-market enablement resources.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and support commercialization efforts.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams, influencing decisions, and driving alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation, customer value, and operational excellence.
