Customer Service & Payments Officer

We are seeking a Customer Service & Payments Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting payment processes and ensuring the accurate maintenance and updating of information within our internal systems. The role is essential to maintaining data integrity and contributing to the efficient administrative operations of the organization.

• Process and record customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Enter, update, and maintain group information within internal systems.
• Prepare basic reports related to payments and data entry.
• Assist with general administrative tasks within the team.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and organization.

• High school diploma or Associate Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, payment processing, or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience required.

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Availability to work Saturdays is required (with one weekday off).
