This role sits at the center of digital transformation efforts, supporting the delivery of high-impact digital products and platforms that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to help coordinate and drive the execution of multiple digital initiatives across a complex portfolio. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong coordination and clarity in execution. You will contribute to planning, tracking, and reporting delivery progress while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. The role also involves supporting agile delivery practices and helping teams maintain focus on outcomes, timelines, and quality. It is well suited for someone who enjoys structured execution, stakeholder collaboration, and driving measurable impact across digital programs.
- Support end-to-end execution of digital delivery plans aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Assist in coordinating multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks and issues early, and support mitigation actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to support successful delivery of digital products and platforms.
- Contribute to agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and delivery ceremonies.
- Prepare delivery reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and governance forums.
- Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to support performance tracking and value realization.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and delivery expectations.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery controls, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees such as MBA are a plus.
- Strong experience in digital delivery, program coordination, or technology-enabled transformation environments.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and digital product development lifecycles.
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and generate insights.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership clearly and confidently.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and connect delivery activities to broader business objectives.
- Experience in retail, mobility, energy, or convenience sectors is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
