Job Title: Catering Prep Employee
Department: Mary's Market Cafe & Bakery 2007, LLC
Supervisor: Executive Chef
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Summary
Prepares and presents food orders for events and deliveries by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Go through orders and determine the appropriate quantity of food to make according to the size of event or head count on delivery order.
Prepare and cook food according to company procedures
Adhere to company and health department policies on safety and sanitation
Keep work area and food preparation equipment clean and sanitized
Package items into the proper containers
Organize orders so they are ready for delivery
Deliver orders when necessary
Work onsite at events assisting the Executive Chef in preparing food and ensuring presentation meets company standards
Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold the reputation and integrity of the Mary's Market brand
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
