This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Farm Credit based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic enterprise sales and mission-driven financial services, focused on expanding relationships within a highly specialized agricultural lending ecosystem. You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Farm Credit system, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across member-owned institutions. The position requires deep consultative selling skills, strong industry fluency, and the ability to navigate complex cooperative governance structures. You will work closely with senior decision-makers to identify expansion opportunities, deepen product adoption, and align solutions to the unique needs of agricultural finance. This is a high-impact role where long-term relationship building, regulatory awareness, and commercial execution directly influence customer success and revenue growth. It is best suited for a self-directed enterprise seller who thrives in complex, relationship-driven environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and expand a portfolio of strategic Farm Credit accounts, driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute structured account plans focused on deepening relationships, improving product adoption, and maximizing customer value.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across customer organizations, including C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Identify and close new growth opportunities by partnering with Customer Success, Professional Services, and internal sales operations teams.
  • Navigate complex Farm Credit organizational structures, including cooperative governance models and stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach informed by deep understanding of agricultural lending, regulatory frameworks, and credit risk dynamics.
  • Manage a multi-stage enterprise pipeline while proactively monitoring account health and renewal/expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the solution as a trusted advisor in both virtual and onsite customer engagements, including product demonstrations when required.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the Farm Credit System, agricultural lending practices, and FCA regulatory environment.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders in complex, consensus-driven organizations.
  • Proven success managing large, mature enterprise accounts with a focus on expansion and long-term relationship growth.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Background in ag lending, commercial banking, or financial technology platforms is a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $69,800 to $122,200 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based compensation aligned with enterprise sales achievement
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and wellness coverage
  • Retirement savings plans and financial security programs
  • Flexible work environment with significant travel opportunities (approx. 30–40%)
  • Career growth within a global enterprise SaaS organization
  • Exposure to complex, high-value enterprise accounts in the financial services sector
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on professional development and long-term success
