This role serves as a strategic HR advisor supporting large, complex client groups within a healthcare-focused, technology-enabled organization. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers, aligning people strategies with business goals to improve performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The position requires a strong ability to balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR execution across employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. You will leverage HR analytics to identify trends, improve retention, and support succession planning and workforce optimization. Operating in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment, you will help shape meaningful employee experiences while driving operational excellence. The role involves close collaboration with leadership teams to implement HR initiatives that support both business outcomes and employee well-being. - Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce priorities.
- Support strategic workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and development planning.
- Lead or support organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness and change management efforts.
- Facilitate onboarding strategies, communication plans, and leadership development programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering coaching on leadership, engagement, and team performance.
- Support resolution of employee relations matters and contribute to compliance-related documentation and cases.
- Deliver HR updates, presentations, and tools to support client groups and business unit needs.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP required.
- Experience supporting large employee populations (2,500–5,000 employees preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance frameworks.
- Ability to interpret HR analytics and use data to drive workforce decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and proficiency in MS Office tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client or onsite support.
- Strong adaptability, curiosity, and openness to innovation and process improvement.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $76,300 to $131,500 depending on experience and location.
