Our Overnight Bread Bakers are the backbone of our company, baking our famous Stecca bread for purchase and to be used for our delicious sandwiches. The Bakery team always utilizes the best local ingredients to ensure customers enjoy their experience!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Produces Swamp baked goods including: baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards
• Follows daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique baked goods
• Mixes, rolls, and proofs dough using industry standard equipment
• Follows proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time
• Produces beautifully proofed, cut and baked loaves of Stecca
• Knows how to execute all recipes and procedures with efficiency and accuracy

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?

AGE/AVAILABILITY

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available for a variety of early morning shifts such as 12:00 am- 8:00 am or 2:00am - 10:00am.

• Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it.
• Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times.
• Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
• Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships.
• Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
