Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy through data-driven insights and customer understanding. Working at the intersection of analytics, product management, and customer experience, you will uncover the drivers behind user behavior, product performance, and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to lead experimentation programs, build scalable analytics frameworks, and create a comprehensive view of the customer journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern analytics and AI-powered tools to influence decision-making and optimize product outcomes. Ideal for a highly analytical and proactive professional, this position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize product performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into product, funnel, and business performance metrics.
  • Own product analytics instrumentation, including event tracking strategies, data governance, and measurement frameworks to ensure reliable insights.
  • Build and evolve a customer 360° view by integrating product, marketing, servicing, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative customer insights into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Manage customer feedback initiatives, including surveys, NPS analysis, usability research, and competitive intelligence activities.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate insight generation, improve experimentation processes, and support data-informed decision-making across teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to communicate findings and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Experience using Python, R, or similar scripting languages for advanced analysis, automation, or modeling is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics and business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Tableau, Looker, Mode, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer research methods, including survey design, NPS programs, usability testing, and qualitative data synthesis.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning applications within analytics workflows and product measurement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Experience within fintech, consumer lending, marketplaces, or other consumer-focused digital products is preferred.
