Job Description
Position Summary
Provide outpatient nursing care across multispecialty clinics OP 7 and OP 10 of the Ambulatory Care Research Facility. The role supports a varied clinic caseload including assessments, procedures, central line care, and protocol-driven outpatient services.
13 weeks with extension possible.
M-F 7a to 3:30p or 8a to 4:30p
No Weekends or Federal Holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university; successful passage of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
Licensure: Valid, active RN license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States.
Certification: Current BLS; ACLS if required by the client.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of strong, current acute care experience in medical/surgical. (Exceeds the PWS baseline of one year.)
Role-Specific Requirements
Central line care experience required.
Current acute care medical/surgical background.
Comfortable in a multispecialty weekday outpatient clinic environment.
