Front Desk Agent in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is looking for friendly upbeat individuals who have a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests into the hotel
• Handling check-out and any billing questions they may have
• Posting charges
• Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
• Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
• Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
• Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area

Qualifications:

• Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Outgoing, friendly and organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
• Overnight availability is a plus
• Hotel front desk experience is preferred.
