Manager, Go-to-Market Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Go-to-Market Systems based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of revenue operations, owning the systems and data infrastructure that power end-to-end go-to-market execution. You will serve as a key Salesforce and GTM systems expert, ensuring sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams operate with clean data, efficient workflows, and scalable automation. The position blends technical system administration with strategic process improvement, enabling customer-facing teams to spend more time selling and less time on manual work. You will design and optimize Salesforce-driven solutions, integrate best-in-class GTM tools, and improve reporting accuracy across the revenue organization. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems and building systems that directly accelerate revenue performance.

Accountabilities:

Own and evolve the go-to-market systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration, automation, and cross-functional revenue operations enablement:

  • Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, including workflows, dashboards, user setup, role hierarchy, and data quality governance
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions using Salesforce Flows, CPQ, and integrated GTM tools
  • Improve end-to-end GTM processes such as lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to ensure consistent data definitions and accurate reporting
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data structures that support leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Support integrations across the GTM tech stack, including tools such as Clari, 6sense, Gainsight, Marketo/HubSpot, and MuleSoft
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and improve productivity
  • Maintain documentation, process maps, and training materials to support adoption, governance, and system scalability
Requirements:

Bring strong Salesforce expertise and GTM systems experience, combined with analytical thinking and a passion for automation and operational efficiency:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration or GTM systems roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (Platform App Builder, CPQ) strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Flow-based automation
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes including lead-to-opportunity, forecasting, and quote-to-cash
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and scalable data models for revenue operations
  • Familiarity with GTM and revenue tools such as Clari, 6sense, Gainsight, MuleSoft, or NetSuite
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance
  • Proactive, self-directed mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
  • Interest in AI tools and automation to improve GTM workflows and system efficiency
