This role sits at the intersection of analytics strategy, digital measurement, and emerging AI-driven search behaviors, combining technical implementation expertise with high-impact client advisory work. You will design and scale measurement frameworks that help organizations better understand complex, non-linear customer journeys across digital channels. A significant part of the role focuses on turning fragmented data into clear business insights that drive confident decision-making. You will also play a key role in shaping how clients measure performance in evolving AI-powered search environments through emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices. This position blends hands-on analytics execution with strategic consulting, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills. You will collaborate across SEO, paid media, creative, and data teams while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. - Design and implement advanced digital analytics measurement solutions across platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics for multiple client engagements.
- Audit, QA, and troubleshoot analytics implementations, identifying technical gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
- Build measurement frameworks that connect digital activity to real business outcomes beyond surface-level metrics.
- Implement and manage tagging solutions using tag management systems while collaborating with developers and technical stakeholders.
- Lead client-facing analytics workstreams, translating data insights into strategic recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
- Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) measurement strategies for AI-powered search environments.
- Design and evaluate experimentation and Test & Learn programs, including hypothesis creation, KPI definition, and causal analysis.
- Create and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting systems that evolve as living analytical products.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration across SEO, paid media, creative, and data teams to assess performance impact.
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement strategy, or data-driven consulting roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies including incrementality testing, lift analysis, and causal inference principles.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments with ownership of multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools and comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
- Ability to build automations, workflows, or reusable systems that improve analytics efficiency and scalability.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing deadlines and priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Curious, adaptable mindset with interest in AI, emerging search technologies, and digital measurement innovation.
- Experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows is a plus.
- Exposure to GEO, LLM visibility tracking, or AI search measurement is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $98,000, depending on experience.
