This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling, remote-first environment focused on modern telemetry and data infrastructure for enterprise IT and security teams. You will be responsible for enabling highly technical, customer-facing teams to confidently position, demo, and sell complex solutions across a growing product portfolio. The role blends technical depth, enablement strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers are fully equipped to drive customer value. You will design and evolve onboarding and continuous learning programs that directly impact deal success, customer adoption, and product understanding. Working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders, you will translate technical innovation into clear, actionable field readiness. This is a high-impact role where enablement directly influences revenue performance and customer success at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and continuously improve technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers, focusing on demos, proofs of value, and customer-facing execution excellence.
  • Lead onboarding program evolution, from instructional design through in-person or remote delivery, ensuring rapid ramp-up of technical field teams.
  • Develop and deliver training on product architecture, storage and analytics solutions, licensing, pricing, sizing, and competitive positioning to strengthen technical selling capabilities.
  • Partner with Product, Technical Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to align enablement with product launches and evolving go-to-market priorities.
  • Create workshops, learning assets, demo environments, and technical content that improve discovery, storytelling, and customer engagement.
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps across technical teams and build targeted learning interventions to improve performance outcomes.
  • Measure and optimize enablement effectiveness using engagement metrics, feedback loops, and business performance indicators.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to scale content creation, lab development, and just-in-time enablement delivery.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, technical training, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally within IT infrastructure, telemetry, observability, or data platforms.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver structured, scalable enablement programs with measurable business impact.
  • Proven experience working directly with technical and sales teams to improve demo delivery, PoV success, and customer-facing effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of product positioning, competitive landscapes, and technical selling frameworks.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning materials.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering functions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $137,400 – $180,000 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Additional eligibility for annual bonus or incentive compensation depending on role structure
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible remote-first working arrangements
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Life insurance and short-term disability coverage
  • Equity eligibility in a high-growth, fast-scaling organization
  • Fertility and family-forming support benefits
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-era telemetry and infrastructure technology.
