We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Manager with a strong services background to drive revenue growth by selling SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud, Digital Transformation) and a proven track record in services sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP services (consulting, implementation, AMS, upgrades).
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP strategy and services.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Business Development
- Develop go-to-market strategies focused on SAP services.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with SAP and other ecosystem vendors to drive joint opportunities.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Track key metrics and report on sales performance.
- Manage sales processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise software/services sales, with a strong focus on SAP services/SAP testing / QA services
- Experience with SAP testing tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium for SAP) is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP implementation and managed services models
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
