About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer questions, resolve issues, and support a positive customer experience. You will work with supervisors and team members and receive training on company systems and procedures.
Onboarding and TrainingNew hires will complete paid remote training on company policies, customer service standards, and workflow procedures.
Day to DayA typical day may include:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer concerns
- Processing requests and updates
- Documenting interactions
- Following up on open issues
- Working with team members to improve service
Common tools may include:
- CRM software
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Email and chat platforms
- Ticketing systems
