- Help improve systems, checklists, side work, training, and communication
- Partner with culinary, banquet, beverage, and club leadership to deliver a seamless member experience
- Support labor management, scheduling, inventory awareness, and cost-control expectations
- Build a culture where team members are proud to serve at a high level
What You Bring

- Strong understanding of food, beverage, wine, cocktails, and service standards
- Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Professional communication and strong emotional control under pressure
- Detail-oriented approach to service, systems, cleanliness, and execution
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak club periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and member experience
Why Join Cordillera Ranch
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing private club environment with strong standards, meaningful member relationships, and room to grow.
