  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to support commercialization and revenue optimization efforts.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to monitor revenue performance and business health.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, revenue operations, strategic finance, or growth roles in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Looker).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and measurable impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to and influencing C-level or VP-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of SaaS, B2B software, and revenue growth dynamics.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, and bias for action.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making approaches is highly desirable.
Benefits
  • Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland and alignment with global teams.

  • Exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional strategic initiatives at scale.
  • Flexible working hours within a fully asynchronous, remote-first environment.
  • Annual learning and development budget to support continuous professional growth.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, wellness, and parental leave support (where applicable).
  • Stock options and long-term incentive opportunities.
