  • Proven track record of shipping user-facing systems such as onboarding, lifecycle messaging, permissions, or personalization/relevance features
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about dependencies, edge cases, and architectural constraints
  • Deep user empathy and a design-thinking mindset focused on end-to-end experience quality
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including use of analytics, experimentation, and user research
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience using modern AI tools for prototyping, ideation, or product development workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Bonus: experience with recommendation systems, internal tools, or regulated industries such as healthcare or fintech
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) with FSA, DCFSA, and HSA options
  • Company-paid disability and life insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Fully remote work with flexible working hours
  • Home office setup stipend ($750)
  • Biannual in-person company gatherings and summits
  • Monthly wellness stipend ($100) and quarterly team connection stipend ($150)
  • Annual learning and development budget ($1,200)
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Inclusive, remote-first culture focused on transparency, ownership, and collaboration.
