The environment is fast-paced, global, remote-first, and highly execution-oriented, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on design leadership.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the long-term product design vision across a complex, multi-product ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Drive evolution, governance, and adoption of a shared design system to improve consistency, speed of execution, and product quality at scale.
  • Establish and raise the bar for design craft, including visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end user experience quality.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of designers and design managers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to align on strategy, roadmaps, and customer outcomes.
  • Guide discovery, research, and experimentation practices to improve activation, retention, conversion, and overall product performance.
  • Champion AI-powered experience design, ensuring intelligent workflows are usable, trustworthy, and aligned with customer goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, including at least 5+ years in design leadership roles managing teams.
  • Proven experience leading design across large-scale B2B SaaS platforms or multi-product ecosystems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product strategy, systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
  • Deep expertise in building or scaling design systems across multiple teams and product surfaces.
  • Experience leading and developing senior ICs and design managers in complex, distributed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with fluency in key SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $246,000 – $312,000 (bonus included)
  • Remote-first work environment with global team collaboration
  • Comprehensive health, medical, and wellness benefits (where applicable)
  • Opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact design organization at global scale
  • Strong focus on ownership, autonomy, and career growth opportunities
  • Access to cutting-edge AI-driven product development and innovation initiatives
  • Inclusive, fast-paced, and mission-driven work culture.
