This role is a hands-on operational position within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment environment, focused on ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods through a high-volume warehouse. You will play a key part in supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities that enable millions of transactions across a global marketplace. The position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active setting. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Working closely with warehouse leadership, you will help ensure operational accuracy, timely fulfillment, and seamless daily execution. This is a dynamic environment where adaptability, teamwork, and reliability directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately register inbound shipments in warehouse systems.
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with operational timelines and quality standards.
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth movement and organization of inventory.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy targets while working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding workflow updates, issues, or operational obstacles.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient task completion and operational continuity.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or similar hands-on operational roles preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows, priorities, and operational needs.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong hands-on work ethic.
- Competitive base salary range of $29,600 – $46,500 annually
