The VBDC Agent-1 will be the first point of contact for online customers interested in purchasing new or used vehicles, helping transform inquiries into dealership visits and sales opportunities.

The VBDC Agent-1 is responsible for engaging with online automotive customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. - Serve as the first point of contact for web customers who have expressed interest in new or used vehicles.
- Engage customers through phone and email interactions to understand their needs and encourage dealership visits.
- Achieve and exceed customer service, sales, call duration, and performance objectives.
- Identify sales opportunities and guide potential buyers through the purchasing journey.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach across all communications.
- Create positive customer experiences by providing relevant, thoughtful, and timely interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support shared business goals.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and relevant customer interactions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Experience working in a customer-facing sales or service environment.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is considered an asset.
- Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Competitive base salary of $48,000 CAD annually.
