As a Senior Manager, Wealth Solutions Strategy and Analytics, you will support strategic decision-making by analyzing business performance, developing models, and translating data into recommendations that drive growth and operational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver insights that support long-term business objectives.
- Analyze client segmentation, revenue performance, and relationship trends to identify growth opportunities and improve retention strategies.
- Evaluate operational data, including capacity, workload distribution, demand trends, and service performance, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain analytical models that support workforce planning, resource allocation, strategic initiatives, and performance measurement.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks, clear insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communicate findings through concise narratives supported by data.
- Monitor key business metrics related to client retention, revenue growth, and operational effectiveness while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives designed to improve advisor productivity, client experience, and business performance.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for improved data utilization.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic priorities requiring analytical rigor, adaptability, and independent problem-solving.
- Use modern analytical approaches, including AI-enabled tools, to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills, with experience working in demanding environments where data-driven recommendations influence business decisions. You should be intellectually curious, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and able to move from analysis to action.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment such as private equity, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, analytics, or a high-growth business environment.
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch and evaluate assumptions.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort using AI tools to support research, analysis, and synthesis.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive base salary range of $127,500–$150,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
