  • Develop your knowledge of packaging sustainability, supplier management and our technology platform.

  • What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate or someone with some experience in customer service, retail, account support or supplier/customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships.

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing new skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

  • It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience working in a retail environment.

  • Exposure to packaging, manufacturing or supply chain.

  • Experience using CRM or other business systems.

  • An interest in sustainability and technology.

The role operates across two working patterns:

    Morning shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm

    Afternoon shift: 11:00am – 5:30pm

Your working pattern will be agreed after offer stage. Typical team schedules combine both morning and afternoon shifts across the working week, offering a degree of flexibility while ensuring excellent support for our customers and suppliers.
