Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides professional guidance and support to ensure the effective and consistent application of job classification policies and compensation administration practices, in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Conducts job evaluations and salary reviews, designs and implements short- and long-term incentive programs, and assesses organizational structures, among other responsibilities. Evaluates and implements corporate-level compensation programs and initiatives. Offers advice and support to management, as appropriate, in the application of principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices related to total rewards and compensation management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding job design, job classification and reclassification, salary analysis, and compensation policies.
Conduct salary analyses for internal and external candidates, ensuring alignment with market data and the company’s salary structures.
Perform job analyses and review or develop job descriptions for new and existing positions using specialized job description tools.
Research and analyze competitive compensation practices, participate in salary surveys, and develop customized market studies when needed.
Administer and evaluate salary structures and career development plans (career ladders) to ensure internal equity, consistency, and compliance with established policies and guidelines.
Support annual compensation cycles, including promotions, bonus programs, and incentive plans (MICP, Non‑MICP, and other variable compensation initiatives).
Advise management on organizational design, incentive plans, and enhancements to compensation programs aligned with market trends.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements outlined in this document.
Consistently comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable local and federal laws and industry regulations, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration.
At least two (2) years of work experience related to the functions and responsibilities described, including:
Administration of salary structures
Job analysis and job evaluation
Development of job descriptions
Design and evaluation of short- and long-term compensation and incentive plans
Market analysis and participation in salary surveys
Experience in dynamic and complex work environments, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Previous experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
Ability to efficiently format and analyze spreadsheets.
Ability to create basic PowerPoint presentations.
Fully bilingual: advanced written and conversational English.
Certifications / Licenses: specific compensation certification is highly desirable.

Compensation starting at $45,000k annualy + benefits package
